North Atlanta IT, run by people you can reach
Managed IT Services Sandy Springs GA is operated by Sentry Cloud IT, an Alpharetta, Georgia firm that provides managed IT and cybersecurity.
Who runs this site
Sentry Cloud IT has supported businesses across north metro Atlanta for more than 25 years. We look after networks, devices, Microsoft 365, security and backups for firms that rely on technology but don't want to staff an IT department. This site covers the services we provide to offices and practices in Sandy Springs and the surrounding north Atlanta area.
What we believe about IT support
- No finger-pointing. The engineers who answer your help desk tickets also run your security, cloud and backup, so there's nobody else to blame and nothing to hand off.
- Known costs. You see a fixed monthly figure in writing after we've reviewed your systems, before you commit.
- Plain talk. Findings and recommendations come in words a practice administrator or managing partner can take straight into a decision.
- Your records, not ours. Admin credentials, network maps, license keys and vendor details live in documentation you can ask for whenever you like.
Our office
We're at 1040 Cambridge Square, Suite A, Alpharetta, GA 30009, and you can reach us at (678) 437-1368. We don't have an office in Sandy Springs. Our engineers come down GA-400 for on-site work at Perimeter Center, Pill Hill, City Springs, the Roswell Road corridor and nearby Dunwoody, Brookhaven, Buckhead and Roswell. Most day-to-day support happens remotely.
Sandy Springs and north Atlanta
People search for IT help in different ways. Some look for Sandy Springs, some for Perimeter or Dunwoody and some simply for north Atlanta. They usually mean the same cluster of offices and medical buildings around I-285 and GA-400, so this site serves all of them.
See where your IT stands before something forces the question
We look over the firewall, the laptops, the Microsoft 365 tenant and the backups, then hand you a few pages on what we'd change. There's no fee, and you keep the findings either way.
